Job summary

Equip is hiring a Lead Clinical Instructor to develop and deliver clinical training for provider teams across CBT-E, FBT, and CBT-AR. This role also manages Clinical Supervisors and guides cross-functional collaboration with Training Operations, Instructional Designers, and Care Delivery leaders.

The ideal candidate has a doctoral degree, clinical licensure, and at least 3 years of supervision experience in evidence-based treatments, plus strong public speaking and training skills.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health or related field.
• Licensed in a clinical mental health field (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) in at least one state; eligible for licensure in additional states.
• Minimum of 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a leader and mentor to Clinical Supervisors.
• Experience as a people manager, including evaluations, performance reviews, and development conversations.
• Demonstrated completion of training in one of Equip’s three major treatment modalities (CBT-E, FBT, CBT-AR); expertise in CBT-E preferred.
• Experience with live training and course development.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice delivering the treatment modality of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, including setting performance expectations, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Lead team meetings and peer consultation for Clinical Instructors & Supervisors.
• Design, deliver, and review live trainings for a multidisciplinary team of providers.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery leaders to identify training needs.
• Provide clinical content for e-learning courses and audit fidelity rubrics.
• Design and update training materials for live trainings and e-learning.
