Job summary

Equip is a fully remote, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Lead Clinical Instructor to develop and deliver clinical training for provider teams. You will supervise licensed and pre-licensed therapists, lead cross-functional training, and serve as a subject-matter expert across CBT-E, CBT-AR and FBT.

Candidates should hold a doctoral degree and applicable licensure, with at least three years of clinical supervision and experience in live and online training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree and active licensure in state(s).
• 3+ years supervising clinicians in evidence-based treatments.
• Experience leading live and digital trainings.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of Clinical Supervisors.
• Expertise in CBT-E, FBT or CBT-AR with at least one mastered modality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking strengths.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Clinical Supervisors and deliver performance feedback.
• Design, deliver and review live and e-learning trainings.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery and Training teams to identify needs.
• Provide clinical content and fidelity reviews for trainings.
• Maintain training materials and update resources for sessions.
• Handle scheduling, metrics, and administrative tasks for trainings.
