Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction Manager to oversee data abstraction, registry operations, and reporting across the enterprise. The role leads a team, ensures timely submission to CMS, Payor and accreditation entities, and drives improvements in clinical performance and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality/registry with supervisory experience, 5 years in orthopedic/trauma settings, and strong analytics with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field and licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with supervisory experience.
• 5 years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Proficient in data management, analytics and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, data analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee registries across the enterprise to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data.
• Ensure timely submission of data to State/National databases and accreditation entities.
• Develop interoperability and data validation processes for efficient documentation and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of data system software and updates.
