Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong quantitative focus.
• 5+ years of experience in insights and analytics.
• 3+ years in retail or general media analytics.
• 3+ years in analytics-driven decision making and project management.
• 3+ years storytelling with data for presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a globally distributed analyst team focused on client media measurement and strategic reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Media Planning to prioritize work and meet client objectives.
• Translate client goals into learning agendas and measurement plans balancing depth and impact.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex analyses, recommendations, and narratives.
• Ensure insights are actionable and grounded in sound analytics.
• Drive storytelling and executive communication across the team.
