SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator to join our Civil Construction team. You will craft detailed estimates for self-perform civil infrastructure work, coordinating with field and office staff to ensure accurate cost projections and timely bid submissions.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with federal project estimating experience and proficiency in Bid2Win or HCSS Heavy Bid.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering required.
• Experience estimating self-perform civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with federal project estimating preferred.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs.
• Familiarity with Bid2Win or HCSS Heavy Bid.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Aufgaben

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates based on project size and scope.
• Provide quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns for materials.
• Source and compare subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with field and office teams on estimates.
• Meet milestone reviews to ensure timely submission.
• Support constructability reviews and bid-day assessments.
