Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead process redesign and change management across our internal project portfolio. You’ll document business processes, gather requirements, and shape solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, driving on-time, on-budget delivery while leveraging PMI/Agile methodologies in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems/Finance/Business.
• 6–10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in process documentation and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in a deadline‑oriented environment.
• Experience with Application software Implementation and Project Management.
• PMI/Agile knowledge desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage process redesign and change management projects across our internal portfolio.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and track progress.
• Document current business process flows and problem statements.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering and solution design.
• Provide strategic guidance on projects and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and consultants.
