Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and drive data-driven decisions from experiments and campaigns.

You will build scalable models with LookML/Power BI/Tableau, ensure standardization, and push insights into action, not just dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Owned end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboard.
• Experience with messy, complex third-party data.
• Collaborated closely with business teams to uncover trends.
• Strong LookML or equivalent development in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across key business verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and run retrospectives.
• Drive dashboard standardization and ensure insights are actually used by teams.
• Develop scalable data models with LookML/BI tools and understand downstream impacts.
• Educate the business on data concepts and promote self-service analytics.
