Launch Potato seeks a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and drive data-informed decisions.

You will embed with the business from day one, ensuring dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just created.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL & Comfortable with Unstructured Data.
• Reporting ownership & data literacy.
• Performance marketing optimization focus.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau).
• Curiosity & business depth.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
• Turn raw data into actionable dashboards ensuring usage and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end reporting from ingestion to dashboard.
• Standardize dashboards and establish LookML/BI best practices.
