Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure the work you build is actually used.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI/analytics experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from data to dashboards.
• Ability to work with messy, third-party data and partner with business teams to uncover meaningful trends.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover insights and retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just delivered.
