Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for our Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role serves members nationwide, delivering care via telemedicine and coordinating with APPs, RNs, and MAs.

You will supervise APPs, guide clinical guidelines, and act as a clinical leader. Ideal candidates hold Florida licensure with multi-state eligibility, 5+ years in primary/urgent care, and board certification. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401k match, and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida.
• Plus licensure in at least three of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based or in-person setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment and support professional growth.
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team when needed.
• Contribute to development of clinical guidelines and care model improvements.
• Ensure quality of care and compliance with applicable laws.
