Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role oversees care delivered by APPs, RNs, and MAs, focusing on virtual visits and coordinating in-person care when needed.

Applicants should hold full licensure, board certification, and 5+ years in primary/urgent care with telehealth exposure. You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment and help drive care excellence across a multi-state program.

Qualifications

• Must have full practice licensure in good standing.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience and 1+ year in clinic or telehealth setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Clinical escalation point for care delivery team as needed.
• Support development of clinical guidelines and care-model improvements.
• Be accountable for quality of care for your patients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams as a clinical leader.
