Oscar Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to oversee the Virtual Health Assessment team and deliver care primarily via telemedicine. You will supervise APPs and lead clinical initiatives from a remote home base.

The role reports to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment and requires licensure in Florida with multi-state eligibility, board certification, and substantial primary/urgent care experience.

Qualifications

• Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida with eligibility in additional states.
• Degree from an accredited program (DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA).
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year delivering care in a community-based or in-person setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine within a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Serve as clinical escalation point for the care delivery team.
• Contribute to development of clinical guidelines and care model improvements.
• Ensure the highest quality of care for patients and compliance with regulations.
