Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to oversee virtual health assessments. You will manage a panel of patients primarily virtually, supervise APPs, and collaborate with RNs and MAs in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role is remote, nationwide, with potential travel for meetings and events. Requires Florida licensure, 5+ years of primary/urgent care, board certification, and state eligibility across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Current full practice licensure in Florida and eligible in at least three of the listed states.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience.
• 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based/in-person setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment.
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed.
• Support development of clinical guidelines and continuous improvement of the care model.
• Be accountable for the quality of care of patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
