Jobgether is seeking a highly organized Launch Coordinator to support a partner company in delivering enterprise software launches remotely across the United States. You will coordinate go-to-market plans with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal to ensure readiness and effective communications for customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in enterprise software or IT; 1+ year product launches or project management.
• Coordination of small to medium projects, tracking milestones and deadlines.
• Strong risk, quality management and mitigation planning.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Stakeholder management and accountability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Remote work readiness in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate readiness across Sales, Implementation, Service, and Support.
• Create training materials, FAQs, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Lead launch milestones, meetings, and progress updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on messaging and content.
• Measure launch performance and drive improvements.
• Establish repeatable launch processes.
• Prepare company-wide product communications.
