Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to drive the launch and worldwide rollout of a new external-facing product portfolio within the Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce team. You will oversee a continuous pipeline of launches, integrations, and marketplace expansions from ready-to-launch through GA and scale, coordinating with product, engineering, BD, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2+ years in program or project management.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing clear documents.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, macros, vlookup, VBA).
• Knowledge of SDLC and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive launches from ready-to-launch to worldwide rollout across a portfolio of external-facing returns capabilities.
• Own readiness gates, KPIs, UAT, and post-launch metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Deliver merchant/partner integrations end-to-end and track progress.
• Manage concurrent launch workstreams and align timelines across teams.
• Scale launches across marketplaces and improve throughput over time.
