Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least six years of experience in field operations, launch execution, program delivery, or other execution-focused roles within complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into practical deliverables and ensure activities are completed within established timelines.
• Familiarity with launch readiness frameworks, cutover planning, hypercare support, and structured issue management.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and change execution for major product launches and organizational changes.
• Translate plans into actionable field deliverables, timelines and ownership assignments.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and cutover planning with field teams.
• Manage post-launch stabilization and rapid issue resolution during changes.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and updating playbooks.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure accountability.
• Monitor execution performance and provide actionable updates to leadership.
• Improve launch methodologies and develop reusable templates and SOPs.
• Provide flexible execution support across portfolios as priorities shift.
