Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Product Launch Coordinator to bridge product management, marketing, sales, and support for routine releases. The role drives cross-functional readiness, executes launch playbooks, and ensures high-quality, repeatable processes that maximize product adoption.

You will coordinate with internal teams to create content, enablement tools, and training materials, track metrics, and continuously improve launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years in Enterprise Software Development, IT, or similar.
• At least 1 year focused on product launches or project management.
• Experience managing small to medium projects with risk management and milestone tracking.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee product launch plans with cross-functional partners.
• Execute playbooks for new product launches based on complexity.
• Ensure GTM readiness and alignment across teams.
• Create training materials, FAQs, and enablement tools for internal teams.
• Lead launch meetings, track progress, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Support on post-launch feedback.
• Measure adoption metrics and iterate enablement strategies.
