Job summary

PriceLabs, a Chicago-based revenue-management platform, is hiring a Solutions Consultant to drive growth in LatAm markets. You will work with a Mid-Market team to onboard property managers, demonstrate value, and tailor usage to their revenue strategies.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration and strong client communication. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in sales/customer-facing roles in SaaS, fluency in Spanish and English, and comfort conducting product walkthroughs to show ROI.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in Account Executive, Customer Success, or comparable sales roles (SaaS preferred).
• Ability to conduct product walkthroughs via video calls and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onboarding point of contact for small-to-mid-sized property managers.
• Lead virtual product demonstrations to drive conversions.
• Assist new prospects in setting up PriceLabs accounts and tailor usage to revenue strategies.
• Clearly communicate PriceLabs’ value proposition to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to maintain CRM records for onboarded accounts.
• Assist in knowledge transfer for larger accounts to ensure smooth handover.
