Nortal’s Client Services team in the Americas is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts, set account strategy, forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and build executive-level relationships across Delivery, legal, and finance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are sustainable and scalable, manage contracts, and help US enterprise clients maximize value.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; relies on accurate account plans and forecasts.
• Strong forecasting ability; defend every number in the pipeline.
• Excellent relationship builder linking clients, delivery teams and leadership.
• Professional English (C1+); primary contact for US enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience in technology services, digital platforms, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience negotiating multiple contract types (T&M, fixed price, SOWs, MSAs).
• Disciplined CRM hygiene; reporting on revenue, forecast, and account health.
