Valatam is seeking a Client Success & Expansion Manager to lead our Account Management team remotely. This senior role focuses on protecting existing revenue, reducing churn, and driving account growth across Latin America and beyond.

You will coach Account Managers, optimize onboarding, and partner with Marketing to showcase client success stories, while managing retention metrics and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; C1-C2 level proficiency
• Proven leadership in B2B Customer Success or Account Management, preferably with remote teams
• Strong retention, churn prevention, and closing upsells experience
• Advanced HubSpot CRM proficiency for account health tracking and pipeline mgmt
• Experience in BPO/nearshore staffing or virtual assistant services preferred
• Dedicated quiet home office with reliable internet and backup
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote Account Management team to achieve retention and expansion targets
• Monitor account health and implement retention plans for at‑risk clients
• Drive growth by identifying staffing needs and closing upsells with clients
• Oversee onboarding, client feedback, and testimonial collection with Marketing
• Document workflows in HubSpot and ensure seamless Sales‑to‑AMS handovers
• Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report analyses to executives
