Job summary

Nortal is seeking a VP of Client Services to own and grow our US client portfolio. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, nurture senior client relationships, and own revenue forecasts and margins.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable growth for major accounts. You will work remotely with a LATAM team, travel to the US as needed, and benefit from a culture of trust and minimal micromanagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing senior client relationships.
• Proven track record in growing client portfolios and revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working with US clients from LATAM or offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the US client portfolio by expanding revenue and services.
• Lead and coach the Client Success team to meet growth targets.
• Build and expand trusted relationships with client executives up to the C‑suite.
• Ensure high service quality and timely problem resolution.
• Own the portfolio revenue forecast and margin, with regular leadership updates.
