Job summary

Hire Latam LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own the daily operations for a US-based legal-support client in a 100% remote setup. You will lead a nationwide process-server network and a distributed team, ensuring smooth intake, service progression, client updates, and billing handoff.

You will enforce operational standards, protect the client experience, and build scalable processes that reduce owner dependency, while guiding teams across Latin America and the United States.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in legal services
• Experience with vendor networks or dispatch
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end job flow from intake to billing handoff and QA
• Ensure every open job has owner, status, next action and follow-up date
• Monitor unassigned, aging, and deadline-sensitive jobs and intervene to protect client satisfaction
• Verify accuracy of job records, documents, deadlines and billing details
• Step in for QA, follow-up or closeout during high-volume periods without owning every transaction
• Coordinate with clients and servers to gather missing facts or updated instructions
