Job summary

Valatam seeks a results-driven Client Success & Expansion Manager to lead our Account Management team, protect existing revenue, and drive growth across the active client base. This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the COO, suited for leaders in Latin America.

You will coach Account Managers, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing on client success stories, with strong governance and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (C1-C2)
• Proven track record in B2B customer success or account management leadership, preferably remote teams
• Strong expertise in retention, churn prevention, and closing upsells/account expansions
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, account health tracking, and pipeline management
• Experience in BPO, nearshore staffing, or virtual assistant services preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers to maintain low churn and protect revenue
• Identify account expansion opportunities and drive upsells
• Coach team through proposals and closing placements
• Manage onboarding, reviews, and client feedback routines
• Document workflows in HubSpot and ensure CRM discipline
• Provide weekly forecasts and monthly revenue analyses to leadership
