KnowBe4 seeks a Sales Engineer supporting LATAM to bridge customer needs with our platform. You will conduct technical demos in Spanish, answer questions, and guide proofs of value, working closely with LATAM Account Executives to drive growth across the region.

The role requires native or professional Spanish and English, 1+ years presales, and the ability to present technical concepts clearly. Hybrid in-office work is available in Florida, USA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of presales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English for technical demos and discovery.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort working with LATAM customers across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations in Spanish for LATAM stakeholders.
• Answer technical questions and address compliance or architecture concerns.
• Lead POV engagements, set up trials, and demonstrate measurable results.
• Participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points and requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex scenarios as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to translate customer needs into solutions.
