KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the LATAM region. You will bridge customer needs with our platform, conducting engaging Spanish product demonstrations, handling technical inquiries, and leading value proofs to demonstrate ROI for regional customers.

The role requires curiosity about technology, a passion for helping others understand complex concepts, and pride in being the technical resource driving growth in LATAM. Hybrid work in the US (Florida) may be available.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years presales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech environments.
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts for credible technical discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Good organization to manage multiple engagements across time zones.
• Collaborative mindset; work well with sales reps and teammates.
• Growth-oriented; eager to learn new technologies and sales methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations in Spanish for LATAM regional stakeholders.
• Answer technical questions and address regional compliance concerns with LATAM AEs.
• Lead POV engagements with trials and measurable results for LATAM customers.
• Identify technical pain points during sales calls and gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex scenarios as needed.
• Translate customer needs into product solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
• Pursue ongoing product and cybersecurity learning to improve effectiveness.
