Job summary

ARRAY Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand presence across LATAM. You will identify opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and guide a high-performing commercial team to close complex deals.

Role requires 8–12 years in business development or related functions, a relevant bachelor's degree, and fluency in English; LATAM language skills are highly preferred for this remote Peru position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in LATAM.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, EPCs, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a commercial team, set performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to align strategies.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Develop sales pipeline, forecast, and reporting.
