Job summary

G-P is a remote-first global employment platform seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist to manage day-to-day multi-country LATAM payrolls, ensure accuracy, and coordinate across Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance. The role involves collaborating on global payroll processes, reconciling inputs from internal stakeholders, and generating client bills with timely reporting.

The position offers a competitive base salary with variable compensation and requires excellent English, with Spanish

Qualifications

• Ability to provide payroll and billing information to employees and resolve questions via ticketing system.
• Ability to manage multi-country payroll and client billing quickly and accurately.
• Strong sensitivity to time-critical material and confidentiality of data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of multi-country LATAM payrolls, including regular and off-cycle approvals and issues management.
• Participate in global payroll processes and streamline processes onto a single platform.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance to collect and review payroll data inputs for assigned country payrolls.
• Compile and reconcile payroll inputs from internal stakeholders and upload to local providers per timelines using global aggregators.
• Monitor vendor payroll processing and compliance, review outputs for accuracy.
• Report payroll estimates for internal use and funding.
• Request funding of payroll, payroll taxes and third-party payments as applicable.
• Generate client bills using cost reports and ensure timely invoicing.
