• Coordinate with finance, tax, and IT colleagues to provide payment advice and consulting.
• Analyze financial statements and balance sheets under US GAAP, local GAAP, and IFRS.
• Prepare accounting files, deposit, and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Ensure all accounting procedures are correctly followed and answer related questions.
• Serve as point of contact for wages and salaries matters.
• Provide records and documents for investigations.
• Participate in salary projects and general payroll activities.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or problems in billing and payment processes.
• Improve payment system processes and promote system improvements.
• Stay abreast of changes in payment rules and regulations for compliance.
• Document and schedule payroll activities and maintain comprehensive records.
• Contribute to the development of the global payment system.
