Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations for Technical Quality of Acceptance to lead regional delivery across Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico. The role leads a high‑performing team of operational professionals and protects the ability of cardholders to use the network reliably across the merchant-to-acquirer payment ecosystem.

This is an operational leadership role not a sales role and requires collaboration with Strategy, Product, Technology, Networks,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• 7+ years in technical acceptance, payment acquiring, merchant processing, payment operations, network operations or payment technology
• 5+ years of people leadership and performance management
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational professionals across country acceptance, analytics and PSP-related roles.
• Translate global Technical Quality of Acceptance priorities into market-specific plans for LATAM, Caribbean and Mexico.
• Oversee end-to-end diagnosis and remediation of acceptance breakages across merchant, POS, ecommerce or ATM environments and related systems.
• Coordinate resources and apply disciplined problem-management practices, including root-cause analysis and remediation ownership.
• Lead cross-functional regional initiatives to strengthen acceptance resilience and monitoring, with clear governance and delivery plans.
• Build partnerships across Networks, Operations, Sales, Market Development and Strategy to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, playbooks, escalation paths and documentation for acceptance monitoring and remediation.
