Job summary

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Payment Switch Processing Support Expert to manage end-to-end payment flows in LATAM regions via remote operations. You will monitor transaction processing, handle incidents, and drive timely RCA with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have 12–14 years in IT production support, strong ITIL knowledge, and payments domain experience. Fluent in Spanish and English, with leadership capability for global operations.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years in IT/application production support or managed services.
• Experience managing customer-facing support operations globally.
• Strong ITIL knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Delivery.
• Experience leading distributed cross-regional teams.
• Domain experience in payments/transaction processing.
• Spanish and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payment transaction processing across switching platforms.
• Monitor real-time transaction flows and ensure system uptime.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction failures, reversals, and settlement issues.
• Manage L1/L2 issues and perform RCA.
• Monitor queues and reconciliation between switches and networks.
• Support deployment of releases and integration testing.
• Collaborate with banks, networks and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and reconciliation.
• Ensure governance and compliance.
