Job summary

DocuWare is seeking a Manager of Central and South America Marketing to lead regional programs that engage partners and drive sales growth across LATAM. You will translate global strategies into locally relevant campaigns and work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to optimize demand generation and partner success.

This fully remote role requires fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus) with travel to LATAM and other regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in field, regional, or channel marketing with partner ecosystems preferred.
• Proven experience in event and webinar management, including logistics and promotion.
• Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience marketing within or to the LATAM region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional marketing programs across LATAM, activating the partner channel.
• Develop localized assets, presentations, partner kits, and co-marketing resources.
• Serve as marketing partner for LATAM sales and partner teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional webinars and regional events.
• Manage vendor relations, logistics, and on-site support for events.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on messaging and campaigns.
• Adapt global content for LATAM relevance and effectiveness.
• Use marketing automation and CRM tools to monitor ROI and performance.
• Stay informed on LATAM market trends and competitive landscape.
