RateHawk is seeking a Local Support Specialist to join our fast-growing international travel-tech team. You will support our partners in English and Spanish, handle tickets, bookings, and escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of Spanish and English with fluent written skills.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs or tour operators is a big plus.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to prevent issues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Empathetic communicator focused on customer solutions.
• Fast learner capable of picking up new tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Support partners via calls and updates in Italian and English.
• Be transparent and customer-centric with clear, honest communication.
• Handle tickets and escalations; follow up on resolution and prevention.
• Manage bookings with attention to detail and urgency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Record details and interactions in our CRM system.
