RateHawk is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Transfer Support Team to help clients stay happy and operations smooth. You will resolve partner requests, assist with bookings, and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless transfers.

The role requires upper-intermediate English, strong soft skills, and the ability to learn quickly. A home-based setup with a flexible schedule and KPI-based bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• A functioning computer and microphone.
• Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues by handling partner requests for online transfer bookings through our CRM system.
• Advise clients and support partners at all stages of using the online product (search, booking, changes).
• Communicate with suppliers regarding bookings via email and phone.
• Utilize CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.
