Job summary

WAI is seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to help build teams across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and other international markets. This remote, LATAM-based role partners with hiring managers and candidates to drive full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while upholding strict confidentiality and driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of combined recruitment/HR experience.
• Three years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding.
• Experience recruiting for US roles; international markets preferred.
• Knowledge of US employment eligibility requirements and recruiting practices.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Proficient in interviewing and engaging passive candidates.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across countries to understand needs and profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US and international roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Screen interviews, evaluate against requirements, and present recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate information in ATS and HR systems.
• Support onboarding and reference/background checks as needed.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and talent communities.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates to HR and leaders.
