Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication ability.
• Experience in recruitment, screening, or high-touch customer service.
• Strong organizational skills for candidate tracking and compliance documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming experience for applicants.
• Experience using CRM or ATS systems for data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Screen and filter candidate applications across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
• Qualify prospective drivers and clearly explain position details and expectations.
• Schedule interviews and conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and messaging.
• Manage compliance requirements, including verifying certifications, physicals, and state training.
• Complete onboarding processes and coordinate candidate additions to company insurance.
• Oversee general administrative duties and manage annual driver permit renewals.
