Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This remote role is based in LATAM with schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/EST.

You will source, screen, interview, and engage candidates through Bullhorn and other channels, partner with Hiring Managers, maintain accurate records, and drive metrics to improve the recruiting process. This is an inclusive, growth-focused opportunity with exposure to diverse roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for multiple lines and functions.
• Maintain 15–20 active requisitions with several accounts.
• Manage candidate communications and offer processes.
• Build talent pipelines and report recruiting metrics.
• Ensure inclusive and compliant hiring practices.
