Cardinal Health seeks an LATAM Recruiter to deliver full‑cycle recruitment across multiple Latin American countries. You will partner with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Regional scope includes Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese preferred, and 4+ years of LATAM recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience with LATAM focus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with ATS like Workday or Taleo.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.
• Source candidates via proactive networking, internet research, direct outreach, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, timelines, candidate profiles, and expectations.
• Build talent pipelines and provide market insights to influence sourcing strategies.
