Coursera + Udemy, now one company, seeks a Large Enterprise Account Executive for the LATAM market. This remote role covers Mexico and Latin America, focusing on closing enterprise opportunities with 5k+ employees and above and a land-and-expand approach.

You’ll partner with the Udemy Business team and other stakeholders to drive revenue, build strategic sales plans, negotiate complex deals, and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent.
• Value-based selling with leveraging Value Engineers/Solution Engineers in pre-sales.
• Experience partnering with other Account Executives in an overlay specialist sales model.
• Proven history of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to Enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities within the LATAM region.
• Coordinate with Udemy Business teams to ensure territory success, satisfaction, expansion and retention.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to position our solutions strategically.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals with timely contract execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and relay insights to the team.
