• Build trusted relationships with customers to help them achieve strategic goals using Planet’s technology.
• Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and tailored guidance on best practices.
• Identify expansion and renewal opportunities, partnering with Sales to secure long-term value for customers.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, surfacing feedback to influence product development and roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop use cases, success stories, and public sector engagement strategies.
• Provide proactive support and account planning for key renewals, budget cycles, and legislative timelines.
