Planet is a global space and data company, seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Global Tech Touch team to serve small customers across EMEA and AMER. The role focuses on retention and expansion with a low-touch model, requiring strong communication with international clients. Hybrid work from San Francisco or Arlington, VA three days per week.

You will apply geospatial know-how to support clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as Planet ambassador for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant GIS/CS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers adopt and realize value from Planet's products.
• Provide a low-touch onboarding and training experience.
• Support delivery of services and timely solutions under the low-touch model.
• Communicate with clients throughout the contract lifecycle; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales and other teams across the company.
