SpaceX's Starlink division seeks a Customer Success Manager for Latin America. You will own Latin America accounts from signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term growth, serving as the primary contact and ensuring outcomes align with revenue targets.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to operate without a playbook, fluency in Spanish, and willingness to travel in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
• High school diploma / equivalency + 6+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles
• 5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue
• Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)

Responsabilités

• Own Latin America accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management and long-term growth
• Hit revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, and payments
• Keep internal systems current so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible
• Monitor account health including contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing and tax
• Set clear expectations with customers on timing and delivery
• Build account plans defining current state and next dollar of revenue
• Identify expansion and new ways customers can use Starlink
• Facilitate leadership reviews linking performance to customer results
• Forecast retention and revenue for the book for leadership planning
• Bring feedback to SpaceX to reduce errors across accounts
• Document processes supporting expansion and scaling of the business
