Responsibilities

• Manages projects as PM, overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs with GCP/SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Liaises with customers to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout per contract.
• Leads clinical team to ensure quality, timelines, and budget.
• Owns financial performance of assigned projects.
• Accountable for all deliverables across projects/regions.
• Coordinates deliverables of project conduct partners and manages issues.
• Maintains project information in databases and tracks progress.
• Prepares PM reports for clients and management.
• Implements resource strategies to achieve goals.
• Develops contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
