Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead interdisciplinary clinical studies across LATAM and international sites. You will ensure GCP compliance, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and serve as the primary liaison with customers to drive study success.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and travel up to 25%. CRO experience preferred; therapeutic area expertise advantageous. Remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field.
• CRO experience and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel approx. 25%.

Responsabilités

• Project Leadership and Delivery, oversees interdisciplinary clinical studies.
• Act as primary liaison between company and customer to ensure timely study launch, conduct and closeout.
• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for financial performance and deliverables of each project.
• Maintain TMF quality and study information across databases.
• Prepare management reports and project management reviews for clients.
• Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships to generate future business.
