Syneos Health is seeking a Sr CTM assigned to LATAM with USA scope or local scope to oversee clinical trial management activities across sites. You will lead site management, monitoring deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity and patient safety.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, budget oversight, study governance, and running key meetings with investigators and CRAs. Travel up to 20% is anticipated as part of global programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to deliver milestones
• Experience working in an international environment
• Knowledge of site management and monitoring (clinical or central)

Aufgaben

• Site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Oversees site interactions from activation through closeout, including patient recruitment and investigator payments.
• Identify data/process risks and mitigations related to RACT.
• Review scope, budget, and protocol content; ensure team awareness of obligations.
• Use data/metrics to identify risks to deliverables.
• Escalate risks to the project manager for timeline, quality, or budget issues.
• Develop and implement risk mitigations and participate in key meetings.
• Collaborate with Study Start Up, Patient Recruitment and Data Management to meet milestones.
• Develop and maintain clinical study tools and templates; ensure CTMS/EDC/ePROs and audit trails.
