Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM with 3–4 years of site activation leadership and global scope in a CRO environment. You will drive site start-up strategies and ensure timely, compliant activations across regions.

The role requires strong regulatory and project-management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering activation-ready sites on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Degree Preferred. Minimum 6 years CRO industry experience and/or 3–4 years’ SSU/clinical trial experience.
• English advanced.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes and SSU timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSU deliverables within a country, region or globally.
• Direct the technical and operational aspects of SSU deliverables.
• Ensure activation-ready sites are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced Site Activation Managers.
• Develop SSU timelines and report progress to the project team and sponsor.
