Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager with LATAM responsibility to lead site start-up activities across countries and ensure timely, compliant activation of study sites. You will work with cross-functional teams including regulatory, contracts, and clinical operations to deliver site activation deliverables on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 3–4+ years of global SSU leadership within a CRO, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of site activation leadership experience in a global CRO environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up processes (regulatory, site contracts, budgets).
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Site Start-Up deliverables with global scope.
• Ensure activation-ready sites are delivered on time and on budget.
• Mentor junior SSU staff and coordinate with PM, regulatory, and clinical teams.
• Maintain SSU timelines and provide risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present SSU strategy and status in client meetings.
