Future Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead BPO recruitment across LATAM, including Colombia, Peru, and other Latin American countries. This remote role requires English fluency and native Spanish, with a focus on building diverse pipelines and delivering high-quality hires.

You will partner with HR and business units to understand staffing needs, run end-to-end processes, and contribute to employer branding while adhering to local labor laws and privacy

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in talent acquisition, focused on BPO recruitment.
• Experience using an ATS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of BPO recruitment challenges and strategies.
• Fluency in English and native Spanish.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all BPO roles from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop region-appropriate talent pipelines leveraging local networks and platforms.
• Collaborate with BPO units, HR, and management to meet hiring needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with high candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding at career events and on social channels.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
• Champion DEI across all hiring stages.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, processes, and data privacy.
