Viva Talent is hiring a Recruitment Marketing Manager to attract qualified candidates across Latin America. You will lead a multi-channel demand-generation strategy, focusing on social media, paid campaigns, and content creation to build a scalable function.

Remote role based in LATAM with a path from hands-on contributor to people leadership. Strong experience in multi-channel paid campaigns and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Marketing management experience: 3+ years with people management responsibilities.
• Multi-channel demand generation experience with campaigns that drive leads and pipeline.
• End-to-end paid campaigns: identify needs, build ads, launch, measure, optimize (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok).
• Organic social content creation to attract candidates and drive applications.
• AI/automation: use tools like Zapier, n8n, Lovable to improve workflows; CRM experience.
• English proficiency at C1+ with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate demand generation across multiple channels with social as a core channel.
• Generate candidate leads and applications and improve results using performance data.
• Own paid campaigns end to end: plan, create ads, launch, measure, optimize.
• Create and coordinate content, including staff- or influencer-generated content.
• Build a scalable recruitment marketing function with processes, tools, and partnerships.
• Start hands-on and grow into leadership, eventually managing a team.
