Future Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead BPO recruitment across LATAM, including Colombia, Peru, and other Latin American countries. This remote role requires English fluency and native Spanish, with a focus on building diverse pipelines and delivering high-quality hires.

You will partner with HR and business units to understand staffing needs, run end-to-end processes, and contribute to employer branding while adhering to local labor laws and privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in talent acquisition, focused on BPO recruitment.
• Experience using an ATS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of BPO recruitment challenges and strategies.
• Fluency in English and native Spanish.
• Commitment to fair, inclusive recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

Join our global leader dedicated to delivering business process outsourcing solutions for clients worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to elevate our talent acquisition strategies, attract top-tier professionals, and optimize recruitment outcomes for our thriving BPO operations.

We are hiring candidates based in LATAM, including Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and other Latin American countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all BPO-related roles, from job requisition and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop region-appropriate talent pipelines, leveraging local networks, online platforms, and partnerships to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Collaborate closely with BPO business units, HR, and management to understand hiring needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
• Source, Screen, interview, and evaluate prospective candidates, ensuring the highest standards in candidate experience and selection quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and on social media channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, continuously optimizing processes and strategies to increase efficiency.
• Champion best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company processes, and data privacy guidelines in all recruitment activities.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• BPO Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for the BPO sector.
• Proven experience in using ATS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures, manage high requisition volumes, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of BPO recruitment challenges and success strategies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Native Spanish is a MUST.

Model: Remotely (Must be from LATAM) Hours (fixed shift): 9AM - 6PM (US time zone) Days: Monday to Friday
