You will partner with hiring managers, create compelling job descriptions, and provide market insights while maintaining accurate candidate records and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting LATAM talent for US companies.
• Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging passive LATAM candidates for US roles.
• Review resumes, screen, and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and share market insights.
• Track KPIs and keep ATS data accurate and compliant.
